Yes! After each project's conclusion, if you want to work exclusively with someone, offer them a deal outside of Parceltive! We want our creative to get noticed and potentially expand their career with Parceltive.

What's Parceltive turn around time? How soon can I get my video?

Accepted Answer

Each time you order, you will be able to specify the project's time budget. All work will be submitted before that time budget runs out, however we do prioritize on delivering the finished work as soon as possible.

Can I request revision if I want something to be changed?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can request revision for each submission up to 2 times for free, any request after that will have revision fee to compensate the creative involved. You can even pinpoint what to be changed with the built in proofing tool.

Does Parceltive provide stock footage, musics and sound effects?

Yes, each creative within Parceltive has their own asset and material. We also do our best to provide our creatives with stock footage, musics, sound effects and etc.

How does it work? What's the whole process like?

When ordering, you first have to choose the genre of content for your project, then select the service tier and amount of output minute you want. We show you the budget needed for your specification and once ordered, that amount of budget are then reserved for the project.

Can I request a refund for credit purchase?

If that round of purchased credit isn't reserved and is in full amount, you can request a credit refund for that round of credit.

What payment method's supported when purchasing credit within Parceltive?

When purchasing credit on Parceltive, you go through the Stripe payment processor. So any payment method that Stripe supports in your region should be available.

The credit that I purchase can expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes, each round of credit purchased within Parceltive will be valid for 180 days, reason behind such approach is to prevent client from holding on to credit for way too long and not using them for the service our creatives provide.
